We are a family-owned, full service restaurant that welcomes all of our guests with a genuine smile and sometimes – a hug! Our staff is very special to our organization. We have team members who have been with us since we opened the doors, back in 1995! They have grown with the Mermaid as well – finishing college, getting married, and raising little families.
We credit a large part of our customer loyalty to our service and kitchen staff. We go as far as to have special menu items for regular guests’ – (they even have their own button on the computer for that menu creation we make just for them!) Our guests also like to join us in the kitchen to see what is ‘happening’, or to see if the coconut cream pie bowl is available with an extra spatula!
The staff of the Mermaid strives to provide the best experience for their guests’; from a beautiful outdoor garden, to some awesome food & drink specials… they all take pride in the job they do here at the Mermaid!
